Iliana Bonilla
|
Iliana was born in El Salvador and raised in Montreal and Vancouver. Some of her most memorable moments came from her high school years, where she first came face to face with theatre. After taking drama in grade 8, Iliana discovered she had a special connection to acting. She became involved in her school’s theatre company, where she appeared in numerous plays, mastering all her characters. In grade 11, Iliana was one of the few selected to work with Headlines Theatre to produce and act in an anti-bullying play. The production was a total success. In grade 12, Iliana had the great joy to be chosen amongst many hopefuls to train at CASt. Iliana is very thankful to Brenda Crichlow and Sean Campbell for their amazing lessons and undivided attention. Being a part of the FAB FIVE group has taught her so much and only made her desire to pursue her passion of acting more than ever. “Thanx a million!” Iliana is self-represented.
Congratulations,
Iliana,

Rose Clark
|
Rose was born on the 8th day of the 8th month in 1988 and weighed 8 pounds and 8 ounces. From day one Rose was an active child, which is why at age five joined gymnastics at Renfrew Community Center. Rose enjoyed gymnastics, but her training was cut short by a back injury at age thirteen. She consequently discovered acting. At high school, Rose joined every theatre course and received parts in all the school plays. Stage acting led to a strong interest in film. Rose took on-camera classes and was hooked immediately! There was nothing else she wanted more than to act in film. Rose distinguished herself by becoming one of five finalists in the city-wide acting competition sponsored by CASt. Working with Brenda Crichlow and the other instructors at CASt was better than Rose could have imagined. She gained the knowledge she needed to pursue a career in film and television acting, and had a ton of fun along the way! Rose is currently represented by Coast Talent and has big dreams for the future!

Ingrid is 9 years-old and has been busy with auditions. She landed a job working on the television series The Collector in January 2004, and again in June, 2004. Ingrid also did an audition in Polish and then delivered the lines in Ukrainian for the call-back, which was really fun! She has been extra busy with her violin lessons, a whole bunch of soccer (which she really loves!), and, of course, horseback riding. Winning the Gloria Crichlow Memorial Scholarship was a great boost for Ingrid's confidence. She is a really hard worker and expects great things of herself. It was nice to be rewarded for putting in the extra effort. Taking classes with Brenda Crichlow was a wonderful experience, and they will reflect in Ingrid's work for years to come. What an awesome ride!

Rudy is 13 years-old and has
been acting for three years. During this time, he has felt very fortunate.
He only has Brenda Crichlow and all the coaches at CASt to thank.
Brenda has helped him become a better actor through many classes and private
coaching. She always there for him, even when he just wants to sit and talk! Winning the Gloria Crichlow Memorial Scholarship meant a lot to Rudy. It gave him a boost in confidence knowing that the staff believed in him. Since then, Rudy has been booking many film and television auditions. He was fortunate this year to receive parts in two commercials and his first feature film! With more training, Rudy knows that he can fulfill his passion and achieve his goal: to become a better actor. "Brenda, you are my mentor! Thanks to all the staff!"
